The flat racing season really kicks into gear with the first Classic of the season on Saturday and 14 entries remain engaged at the five-day stage for the 2,000 Guineas. Newmarket hosts the prestigious one-mile contest for a 205th time and Godolphin will be hoping that ante-post favourite Dawn Approach can provide them with some much-needed cheer following a tough 10 days.
