The La Touche Cup is one of the most prestigious cross country chases on the national hunt circuit and there is a very competitive feel to the 17-runner field for Thursday's renewal at Punchestown. The race has tended to be one for favourites in the past and it is recent Cheltenham Festival winner Big Shu who looks set to head the odds for this week's gruelling four mile, one furlong contest on the Banks Course.
